The meeting includes a mini school with scientific tutorials on „Rare Earth Information Processing“ as well as the annual meeting of CIPRIS with progress reports on the research projects.

The third mini school will take place at the conference hotel Frostavallen in Höör (Sweden) from August 26 - 29, 2014. The first lecture starts 9.00 Tuesday August 26th and the summer school ends with lunch served at 12.00 Friday August 29th.
There are two trains an hour from Copenhagen airport to Höör. The train ride takes a little more than an hour. Detailed information on how to get the 5 kilometers from Höör train station to Frostavallen will be provided later but taxi is of course always an option if you are in a hurry.
All participants are kindly requested to indicate their duration of stay at the latest Monday June 23rd in the doodle at address
We will do our best to accomodate also late comers but the type of accomodation or accomodation on site then cannot be ensured. The duration of stay entered in the doodle should include arrival day and departure day and the days inbetween. At the row for your name please enter your name, followed by your preference for a single or a double room (Examples: "Alice Agent, single room" or "Bob Bond, double room"). If you choose double room and have a preference for whom you would like to share it with, please write the name of this person in the comment field. (For the night between Thursday and Friday the number of single rooms is limited but we will get back to that later if needed.)
The price for the rooms, which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner + one coffee break in the morning and one coffee break in the afternoon, will be about 120€/(night and person) for single room accomodation and about 100€/(night and person) for double room accomodation. The exact price will depend on how much we will sponsor “Hot topic” speakers etcetera.
Rooms can be accessed from ~15.00 Monday August 25th and there will be a meal served at 19.00 in the evening the 25th.
